Israeli pop singer Yael Naim got a big break recently when Apple decided to use her song 'New Soul' in the commercial for their new laptop. According to her bio Naim grew up in Ramat Hacharon near Tel Aviv and "blessed with an unsettlingly pure voice and an incredible agility at composition, the Israeli singer with her jet-black hair fumbled a long time before succeeding with this collection of ballads that meander through folk and pop, with an elegiac frugality and multi-coloured fantasy" (I'm addicted to biography puffery. It's such a demented form of poetry.)

Alternative Fuel??

You've read or watched the news lately.You've probably come across some article, snippet or sound bite related to oil and oil prices. Even in your daily routines, there's a good chance of someone mentioning it. Whether it's in automotives, economics, history, geography or politics, oil has managed to filter into almost every aspect of our daily lives. It's one of the most discussed (and controversial) commodities that consumers rely on daily.

All of this talk about oil sparks continued interest in gasoline alternatives. Things like electric cars and hydrogen fuel cells are being talked about as feasible alternatives to oil. As technology improves, these concepts could become reality. But what about now?

   

Apparently,the very rich men clothed in flowing robes in the middle east see it as a threat.The environmentalists see it as a saviour of the earth,the politicians in their big black V8 cadillacs push it to increase their vote bank.the common man is jus plain confused,and me.I personnally jus dont give a ****.

Let me explain.Electric cars are jus plain slow.If u wanna get to a place before you are ninety i recommend you do not use them.And moreover u get that electricity by burning up a lot of fossil fuel,So it doesn make much sense.And we jus have not yet found a very economical way of storing Hydrogen.Fuel cells are not much of an option either unless u want to be blown all the way to the pearly gates because of some bump down the road.

So i say,to hell with the environment.bring that octane rich beautiful fuel an ride into the sunset happily.

Ah.....Finally!Back to blogging!This is the second tym i have started fresh in this blog! And i have made a resolution to not post A LOT of plagarised stuff this tym!maybe a lil here and there. While we are On the topic of Resolutions,i believe that everyone makes some on the new year or atleast on thier Birthdays's!Mostly they are not kept up! Well.....Mine Arnt atleast! Now i am wondering wi we make them in the first place! 

I absloutly have no Idea!If anyone of u do pls enlighten me![:D]
